The latest shipment from Nike features the Air Force 1 AC PRM Pack, which offers two detailed-oriented sneakers. First up is the white/white-midnight navy colorway that features a special brushed effect over an all-white upper. The Midnight Navy/White-White  adopts a sailor-inspired aesthetic with miniature navy anchors emblazoned over a grey upper and is offset by a contrasting white Swoosh. Both uppers rest atop a slimmer vulcanized sole.

Sticking to the same formula as the previous 5Lab3, this model features a completely reflective 3M upper, this time in black with debossed Jumpman branding. A Night With Jeff Staple Information

Our special event with Jeff Staple at Atlanta’s High Museum is tomorrow night! If you’ve reserved your spot, make sure you know the specifics:

  • •     Make sure to show up no later than 7:00 p.m. Atendees will have time to mingle until 7:20 p.m.
  • •     If you were not able to reserve a seat, spaces that are not claimed by 7:20 p.m. will be opened to the public on a first come,                   first served basis.
  • •     The first 50 reserved atendees who show up to the High Museum will receive a complimentary event tee.
  • •     If you purchased a portfolio review with Jeff, you will have a front row reserved seat for the talk, and the review will begin at 9:00 p.m. 
Our Moreland Ave. location will be closing on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. due to the event. The shop will not be open until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Air Jordan 2 Retro ‘Nightshade’ borrows its elements from the 1986 original, and adds a sharp modern colorway to give it an eye-popping update. A deep Nightshade color has been added to the original embossed leather panels, while the laces, heel panel and midsole feature a darker Ice Black and Pure Platinum. Air Jordan 1 “Nouveau Purple” and “Black Concord”

Jordan Brand continues to release more iterations of the Air Jordan 1 sneaker. Dubbed “Nouveau Purple” and “Black Concord”, these releases fall in line with Jordan Brand’s recent string of “Concord” releases. First up is the “Nouveau Purple” constructed with soft nubuck and premium leather just like many of the Nouveau models before it. This model pairs a tonal black upper with a purple outsole, a purple lining, and a contrasting white midsole to bring it all together. The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Black Concord” features an equal balance of both Concord and black, held together with matching black laces while a white and black sole provide cushioning.

Yesterday, we had the amazing opportunity to host the one and only Big Boi as he released his collaborative pieces with streetwear brands SSUR and CLOT. An Outkast fan’s dream, Big Boi was present in full effect to pose for pictures, autograph everything from classic Stankonia vinyls to large ATL flags, and promote his collab items. Rockwell by Para 2014 Summer Collection

Having become widely recognized for his cartoonish visuals, Dutch artist Parra is the mind behind the now cult streetwear label, Rockwell by Parra. Designed from a similar vein as Parra’s artwork, much of the Rockwell by Parra line infuses heavily saturated colors, curved imagery and a plethora of playful and surreal typefaces and letters. The latest Spring/Summer 2014 arrivals from the Dutch brand have just touch down at Wish. Using a great range of street stape as its foundation, Parra’s trademark visuals are spread across the likes of chenille patchwork, crewneck sweaters, snapback hats, bucket hats, and T-shirts.

The Air Jordan 2 Retro returns yet again in a “Dark Concord” make up. Taking inspirations from some previous iconic models, the Dark Concord colorway consists of Elephant print from the Air Jordan 3 around the mid, Dark Concord from the Air Jordan 11, and the splatter print from the Air Jordan 4 throughout the midsole. Adding to the numerous colorways that have already been released in 2014, this sneaker will be available soon at Wish.

Jordan brand decides to switch up its recent string of Air Jordan 6 Retro releases with a women’s only offering. Subbed the “Turbo Green”, the grade size only sneakers feature the Air Jordan 6′s high top silhouette dominated by black leather. Turbo green comes in on the toe and side panels with volt colors the detailing on the midsole as well as lace locks. Stay tuned for more info on this upcoming release.

Big Boi for SSUR & CLOT In-store Release Event

With the long awaited reunion of the legendary Hip Hop duo Outkast finally taking place, Big Boi is shining brighter than ever before. He’s recently caught the attention of two of the biggest names in streatwear, SSUR and CLOT, who have gotten together with the rap icon to produce collaborative gear. First up is CLOT, who produced a new line of soccer jerseys, influenced equally by Coachella and Outkast’s “Bombs Over Baghdad.” Following the trend, SSUR produced a capsule collection of snapbacks in black, red and dark green camouflage emblazoned with bold Big Boi and ATLANTA text branding.

To celebrate the release of both collaborations, we will have Big Boi live at our Moreland Ave. location to meet his fans and promote the release. So if you want to meet Big Boi, or pick up any of the collaborative gear, swing by the shop this Thursday, May 8th from 6 – 8 p.m.
