Aligning two geographic cities into one lens, we’ve teamed up with Los Angeles based label CLSC to bring you the “Off-the-Grid” collection. Drawing inspiration from the unpredictable climate in Atlanta, it was only right to make a functional piece suitable for the everyday commuter. Featuring the 100% water proof “Coordinates” wind-breaker, “Classic” tee and “Logo” Snapback hats, the collection sees a minimalistic view of branding and comfort. Be on the look out for the collection to drop on Christmas day online.
This past Friday evening, sneakerheads, creatives, and everyone in-between gathered at Studio No. 7 in Atlanta to help celebrate the launch of Wish’s collaboration pack with Vault by Vans, the Fine Wine & Olives pack. The event, sponsored by both Heinken and Hercules, was a full house and hit amongst those in attendance. Sounds were provided by Two-9’s own DJ Osh Kosh, and helped to create a lively environment. Also a part of the entertainment was the OMG Booth, in which people could take pictures with the whole squad in front of a Wish backdrop. Check the rest of the post to see some of the action from the event.
Join us for the launch party of our Vault by Vans x Wish “Fine Wine & Olives” Pack. The shoe will be available for purchase on November 13th at our Moreland Ave. location. Everyone must RSVP HERE for admittance. Limited space available, so make sure to reserve a spot. Drinks will be provided by Heineken.
We’re excited to announce our latest project, a collaboration with none other than Vault by Vans and its iconic silhouettes Sk8-Hi Reissue LX and Classic Slip-on LX. Dubbed “Fine Wine and Olives”, we played with the juxtaposition of ‘luxury meets the Atlanta streets’. Crafted in premium leather, the Sk8-Hi is outfitted in a tonal Rio Red and the Classic Slip-on in Dark Olive notes accents of terry cloth and corduroy lining. To top it off, a cross-stitch detail compliments an embossed picture of our notable “S Man” logo on the heel of both styles.
The Sk8-Hi LX ‘Rio Red’ will retail for $120, while the $85 Classic Slip-On LX ‘Dark Olive’ will finalize the pack. Available in-store at noon and online at 3 PM EST.
Prior to opening up for Chance the Rapper on the Atlanta leg of his Family Matters Tour, superproducer Metro Boomin stopped by Wish ATL for his first official meet and greet, signing tees and meeting fans. Sounds for the event were provided by Toronto’s own DJ Osho, while fans got to kick back and vibe. Just for the event, Wish ATL x Peach Castle teamed up to release an exclusive set of “Wish Boomin'” tees for Metro to sign. This meet and greet comes on the heel of Metro’s flock of success and is sure to be the first of many come.
Last weekend we teamed up with Los Angeles based conceptual artist Matthew Senna, known for his Air Jordan sculptures for a one night only event showcasing his first ever gold Air Jordan 1. With a sold-out RSVP list and a line out the door, the guest who arrived early were given a chance to purchase 85 Wish x Matt Senna Gold Logo T-shirt made for the event. It was a packed house as people from all around Atlanta piled into Wish for their chance to get to meet the one and only Travis Scott. Fans had a lot to take in as La Flame enthusiastically posed for pictures, signed sneakers, shirts, faces, and paused to dance to any song that he liked. Customers also had the chance to purchase exclusive Travis Scott merch from his store which made a stop in town last night at the Masquerade. Take a look at some images from the in-store that sums up the event.

As a proud member of the Little Five Points Community, we are always looking for ways to support our neighborhood. For this reason, we collaborated with the Los Angeles based Joyrich to produce a capsule that shines light on Little Five Points and Atlanta. Dubbed the “Rich Five Points” capsule, this collection does a great job of encapsulating the essence of both brands while baring the branding of each. Just for the release, Joyrich came all the way out from the West Coast to help us put on a pop-up shop in honor of the release. A good time to view and shop the capsule, the in-store release event that took place during the day was followed by a celebratory party at Club Halo at night. Take a look at images from yesterday’s release events below:
Our “A Night With Jordan Brand” event with Senior Global Design Director Jason Mayden and Director of Energy Footwear Gemo Wong that took place this past Friday night was not only a special night for us here at Wish, but also the city of Atlanta, and all of our supporters. Attendees got more than what they bargained for, as the night was not only about sneakers and fashion, but also about career goals, character building, and life lessons from the Jordan Brand Senior Directors. However, the night consisted of more than just presentations from Mayden and Wong, who after their talks were able to have one-on-one conversations with guests and even critique several creative portfolios. Perhaps the most fascinating part of the night came as ten raffle winners were selected to preview future Jordan Brand models and a select two had the priveledge of designing their own custom pair of Nike i.D. sneakers with Mayden and Wong. With drinks sponsored by Mountain Dew, the night also saw a one-of-a-kind limited sneaker collection by Tennesee native Joseph Privitte, a special appearance by rapper Killer Mike, and a custom pair of Wish Air Jordan 3 Retro Doernbechers.

It’s hard to go wrong, when you’re in good company. Last weekend, we aligned with Atlanta-based restaurant and bar, The Sound Table to invite Hong Kong Japanese Yakitori collective, Yardbird HK to Atlanta. For the event, Yardbird’s own Matt Abergel (Head Chef) and Lindsay Jang were in attendance and Abergel was cooking a special, one-night only Yakitori menu. The night featured a multi-course menu that took attendees through a far-east journey through Chicken Thigh and Chicken Breast yakitori, KFC (Korean Friend Cauliflower), Yardbird’s signature Caesar Salad, Friend Chicken and plenty more.
In addition to the menu and the custom cocktails that were being pushed out by the bar, a late night was also hosted by Pat Mahony of DFA, LCD Soundsystem and Eug (Public Release, FACE).
For the night, Wish worked with The Sound Table to curate a special iteration of Yardbird HK’s Evan Hecox-designed chicken logo T-shirts. Boasting an oversized, vinyl printed white chiken on the back, each tee is finished out with an understated trio of logos at the feet and a custom, one-night only stamp on the interior neck.
Purchase the T-Shirts here in extremely limited stock. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
