For Spring 2015, Barcelona based boutique TWOTHIRDS joined forces with Vans Vault  to create a collaboration themed after the ocean. This capsule is dedicated to one Sentinel in an effort to generate awareness of the particular sphere of activity they impact as individuals making a difference. A TWOTHIRDS Sentinel is someone who puts their talent and passion to the task of protecting and preserving our oceans. Featuring a “Patriot Blue” base colorway with hints of light blue on the vans stripe, laces, and water like print at the top of the shoe.

Ewing Athletics 2015 Summer New Arrivals

Ewing Athletics continues to retro previous models by recalling its popular 1992 Concept Hi sneakers for a 2015 spring release. The brand is set to reissue both the 33 Hi “1985 Draft Lottery 30th Anniversary” & The 33 Hi “Triple White” and an additional Rogue. The white leather upper is meant to evoke memory of the white envelopes that the NBA used to pick drafts in the past, while the blue “1985″ embroidery on the heel pays tribute to the very year the retired NBA Hall of Famer was drafted as the number one overall pick for the New York Knicks, while the “Triple White” sports an Off-white hints at the collar and ankle strap add a sense of luxury to this pair. Be on the look out for all three pairs to be released this Friday (06/05/15) online and in-store at our Moreland Ave. location.

After a huge weekend, the Jordan brand strikes again with another hot release of a new colorway of the Air Jordan 5. A new take on the Air Jordan V that pairs a classic look of white, black, and grey with punchy accents of Infrared 23 and Light Poison Green. With some speculation from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the neon tones and the fact that Will was frequently spotted in the Air Jordan V throughout the first season of the show. The Asics Gel Lyte III has seen plenty of premium collaborative efforts during its 25th anniversary celebration, but is afew’s “Koi” variety the best one yet? Incase you missed out on the pair, three years ago the German shop got together with the running brand for a special one-of-one teaming up. What resulted was the 1990 split-tongued retro runner being featured in a premium suede construction full of micro perforations, tonal greys, wooden lace eyelets, and a contrasting deep red toe box.
