Fitting in perfect theme with the Holiday season, Reebok brings us a release that pays homage to Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol with the Reebok Question Mid “Ghost of Christmas Future.” This special Reebok Question Mid features a darker color palette and tone than usal, going along with the story as this particular ghost was the most frightening one, representing death. Deep purple hues carry the shoe along with lighter purple colorings and hits of red come along to add some great accents. Sitting atop a Hexalite cushioned midsole, which sits atop a translucent rubber outsole, this release will be available soon at Wish.

For the Holiday season, we’re getting a special gift from powerhouses adidas Consortium and Sneaker Freaker. Featuring two nice colorways applied to the durable Torsion Integral S silhouette from adidas, the upper of this vintage running shoe is made from a combination of mesh with microseude and leather overlays. The minty green colorway was designed by Woody, founder of Sneaker Freaker and is an homage to the magazine’s unofficial color scheme and his love for the fresh and timeless color. The second model, with its color combination of Bliss, Tech Beige, and Iron, mimics some of the original adidas Torsion designs. Get ready for this solid release hitting the shelves at Wish soon.

10.Deep 2013 Holiday “Midnight” Collection

After already releasing the counterpart to this drop, the core collection from 10.Deep is now available at Wish. Inspired by exploring the idea of the transition from night to day, the New York brand dubs this collection “Midnight.” Amongst the pieces, stark black-and-whites sit in contrast with colors reminiscent of the pale glow cast by neon signs. Plaids, botanical prints and paisley patterns mix with black dip-dye processes as an opaque nod to the rising darkness. There are also hits of Japanese text mixed with the usual 10.Deep imprints in an homage to Neo Tokyo, the fictional city that served as a secondary visual inspiration for the delivery. This theme provides for a an interesting color palette and range of patterns that adorn the collection that is now available at Wish.

On the way from everyone’s favorite nostalgic shoe brand are two new colorways of the Ewing 33 Hi. Consistent with the usual dominant 33 Hi construction, the model sees a reworking in both a Dazzling Blue and Mustard colorway. An obvious reference to Ewing’s longtime home team the Knew York Knicks, the Dazzling Blue color scheme sees an alternating blue and sparkling orange palette atop a suede upper. On the complimentary side of the color spectrum, the Ewing 33 Hi sees an all-over Mustard color theme. Completed by the bold Ewing ankle strap, this duo of releases will be available soon at Wish.

First released in 1993 for 4 time NBA defensive player of the year Dikembe Mutombo, this adidas Originals basketball shoe is back in the game. adidas presents the iconic ’90s silhouette in a new black/white colorway. The upper is a combination of black nubuck and cloth pattern panels and features Mutombo’s iconic shield design logo on the tongue and his number “55” on the ankle. Staple has been a roll as of late with big release after big release, and the momentum keeps going as the New York brand taps some talented artists for its newest endeavor. 13th Witness and Joe Buck, each renown artists known worldwide for their unique style in their respective genres lend a hand in printing up some great pieces for Staple. 13th Witness seems as perfect a collaborator as any, as his unique brand of street photography has given way for a whole new brand of photographer in the burgeoning world of Instagram photography. For this capsule, the New York based photographer adorned sublimated tees, crewnecks, and a snapback with images that boast the same dark and mysterious aesthetic that he has become synonymous with. On the other side of things, illustrator Joe Buck chooses his playful design style to cover his portion of the collection. A collection that is as diverse as it is stunning is now available at Wish.

En Noir 2013 Holiday Collection Editorial

Nike CJ81 Trainer Max “Megatron”

For the winter season, the Nike CJ81 Trainer Max “Megatron” pairs CJ’s nickname and new sneakers with a bold colorway. Purple stands out on the armored upper, designed to offer a Transformer-like aesthetic. Red accents coincide ad a nice accent, with a silver midsole and heel detail tapping the Transformers grid pattern. “Show No Mercy” appears underneath the midfoot strap, with the Decepticon logo landing on the heel.

Coming Soon: Air Jordan 6 Rings “Gamma Blue”

As of late, the Jordan 6 Rings model has been making a big name for itself by riding the coattails of preceding Jordan releases of other models such as the “Bred” and the “Bel Air.” Well the hybrid 6 Rings model is back, this time mimicking the colorway of one of Jordan Brand’s most recently announced releases, the Air Jordan 11 Reto “Gamma Blue.” The “Gamma Blue” 6 Rings model sees a Gamma Blue midsole, lining, heel tab, straps, and stitching, along with hits of Varsity Maize throughout. The majority of the sneaker’s upper is Black mesh, along with Black tumbled leather, and a dark grey finishes the shoe with the second half of the midsole and ankle paneling. Be on the lookout for these releasing in grade school sizes soon at Wish.

Jordan Brand is unveiling something special for the holiday season in the form of a new Air Jordan 11 Retro. The “Gamma Blue” as it is called takes the iconic Jordan model and blacks everything out including the midsole, which is usually white with this model. This sneaker darkens the plush Phylon cushioning, as well as the mesh and patent leather upper. Contrasting details are provided by the Gamma Blue seen on the Jumpman imprint and portions of the outsole, while varsity maize adds another accent on the tongue tag and heel tab. An icy blue outsole finishes out the release that will be hitting shelves at Wish soon.

For the 2013 fall/winter season, New York charity program ART START did something special and rare- commissioned a streetwear design quartet made up of jeffstaple of Staple and Scott Sasso of 10.Deep from the East Coast, and Keith Hufnagel of HUF and Michael “Mega” Yabut of Black Scale from the West Coast for a special collaborative project. Brought about by mutual respect between the designers, these four prominent streetwear brands chose ART START as a way to give back. Available today, the collaborative Art Start collection between Staple, 10.Deep, HUF, and Black Scale includes a varsity jacket and a snapback cap. The Art Start Varsity Jacket features a melton wool outer, PU leather sleeves and quilted lining. The Art Start Snapback Cap, produced by Mitchell & Ness, features a melton wool crown, PU textured leather brim and front chain stitch embroidery. Both pieces come adorned with chenille patches to represent each brand are now available at Wish online and in-store.
