Of the many successful colorways from Nike’s Flyknit models, one of the colors that seems to always do well are red executions. After seeing the Flyknit Chukka in “University Red” sell out virtually overnight, Nike drops off its latest lowtop Flyknit Lunar1+ in a murderous “Gym Red” iteration. Situated atop a pure whit Lunar outsole, hits of Pure Platinum are noticeable in the Lunar midsole compartment while Gym Red makes up the entire knitted upper. Hits of Black play a part in the Swoosh and Flywire lines while the interior is finished off in matching red. Retail for these hits at $160 USD.

COMING SOON: Air Jordan 4 Retro – Fire Red “Toro Bravo” | #wishstrike

One of Jordan Brand’s most celebrated silhouettes is slated to make a return this month as the iconic brand readies a Fire Red “Toro Bravo Jordan 4 Retro release. Mocked up in a supple all-Fire Red nubuck, the shoe sees contrasting hits of black and cement grey throughout the upper, lace locks and undersole. COMING SOON: The Nike Lebron X EXT “Hazelnut” | #wishstrike

After ESPN dug deep to reveal that perhaps LeBron James will go on to surpass his Airness, Michael Jordan in terms of hard numbers, Nike plans a roll out of the latest Lebron release. Branded as the “Hazelnut,” the pair is mocked up in a buttery suede exterior hue and contrasted with hits of “Tide Pool Blue” strewn throughout the laces, tongue and interior midsole. A semi-translucent outsole complements the light appeal of the shoe while perforated side panels finish things off.

Nike WMNS Air Revolution Sky Hi “Mercury Grey/Mine Grey”

Nike’s latest womenswear silhouette arrives as a less-than-subtle, WMNS Air Revolution Sky Hi. Mocked up in an amalgam of “Mercury Grey” and “Mine Grey” the shoe gives off an almost military aesthetic and also sees hits of neon green strewen throughout its composition. Nike’s timeless safari print motif is seen emblazoned along the side panels in a tonal iteration while the neon hue runs its way throughout the lace hoops, heel tab and undersole.

The retro high top is mocked up in full grain, pure white leather and sees hits of classic University Red strewn throughout. Nike’s celebrated Dunk Hi silhouette recently garnered attention from female clientele as Nike reinterpreted the timeless model into a decidedly heel-esque iteration. Titled the Dunk Sky Hi, the pair featured a contoured reverse heel that adds a feminine touch to the sports silhouette. The latest colorway to arrive drops in a unique “satin” iteration. Coming Soon: adidas Originals by mastermind JAPAN 2013 Summer Collection

mastermind JAPAN has often found a welcome canvas in a wide assortment of adidas Originals pieces. For Spring/Summer 2013, the celebrated Japanese street label re-aligns with adidas Originals for a footwear collection. Employing the Superstar 80s, Rivalry Hi, and the Pro Model CF, each of the shoes is treated in a butter full grain leather upper and positioned atop a white outsole. Perforations and textured midsole sections define much of the design white tonal laces, contrasting foiled mastermind JAPAN branding and white mastermind lace caps finish things off. The adidas Originals by mastermind JAPAN 2013 summer collection will be available soon for a limited time in extremely small quantities.

Nike Air Max 1 PRM – Team Red/Atomic Red-Black-Sail

While Nike has been relying heavily upon the likes of new contenders such as the Flyknit, Flyknit Chukka and Lunar-soled models, it hasn’t forgotten about its classic silhouettes as well. The latest Nike Air Max 1 iteration arrives as a PRM execution and is treated in an amalgam of Team Red and Atomic Red tonal panels. The fairly subdued colorway plays out with a hue that looks burgundy-esque. Everything is tonal throughout the upper as the laces and nylon tongue are juxtaposed with hits of a unique camouflage striping on the toebox, upper ankle and side panels.

Vans Van Doren range has always been about reaching deep into the archive and history of the celebrated 1966 brand and allow those nostalgic designs influence modern day. For Spring/Summer 2013, Vans reaches way back to a previous era in which the brand collaborated with the iconic company, Disney. Pulling upon old designs and a former footwear project, Disney and Vans aligned yet again this season to resurrect a series of iconic Disney characters on the uppers of classic Vans models. The latest arrival sees a trio of drops including two Vans Authentic silhouettes as well as a Sk8-Hi execution. The characters include Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.

The Vans Era 59 silhouette is something that has become iconic for the celebrated skate and lifestyle label. The augmented, puffed ankle model has gained a reputation for both skateboarders and sneakerheads alike. For Spring/Summer 2013, Vans introduces a new “Camo Suiting” option. The execution boasts an all-over print duck camouflage motif that is laid over top of a light blue base. A pure white outsole and hits of tan leathered on the heel and Vans tag round things out.

Nike Lebron X EXT Denim QS – Mid Navy/Hazelnut-Fireberry

We’ve recently taken stock of one of the more anticipated Lebron releases as of late: The Lebron X EXT “Denim.” As expected, the pair arrive in an all-over rich indigo denim upper that see subdued and tonal stitchwork throughout. Vibrant “Fireberry” runs the base of the pair’s midsole and is situated atop a translucent matching outsole and Flywire eyelets. Hazelnut leather completes the look and is layered over the tongue and waxed laces.

These will release in-store only on Saturday, June 22, 2013 via our Moreland Ave. shop.

The Air Jordan 1 is a model that seems to withstand the test of time. It seems that regardless of what colorway, what retro and what precise silhouette (Mid or High) the model is just a mainstay. For Spring/Summer 2013, Air Jordan rolls out a super clean and minimal execution of the Air Jordan 1 Mid in White/White and Cool Grey. As expected the ultra-minimalist shoe sees tonal white throughout the entire upper, midsole, outsole and interior lining with a subtle hit of Cool Grey seen along the upper tongue. White stitching throughout the shoe rounds things out. The shoes are priced at $105 USD and are now available in-store through our Moreland Ave. location.

Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse PRM – Sail/Pink Force/Hyper Blue

Nike’s Hyperfuse technology has been given placement across a wide range of the brand’s footwear installments. The latest to get the treatment is a special Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse PRM. Treated in a mixture of Pink Force and Hyper Blue hues, the bold colors reside atop a predominantely “Sail” base colorway. Hits of the Pink Force run their way throughout the side panels, undersole and laces, while the contrasting blue pigment is treated on the lower panel perimeter, tongue tag and interior lining. These are now available from Wish for a retail of $120 USD and are offered in boths mens and womens sizes.

A Closer Look: Play Cloths x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Cotton Candy” Pack

Originally previewed yesterday on our blog, Play Cloths and Saucony today release their collaborative Shadow 5000 “Cotton Candy” Pack through Wish. We took the pairs outside of the shop this morning to get a closer look at the executions, materials and the trio of colorways that the duo have created. From the supple suede uppers and the gum outsole, the shoes strike a nice balance between the graphic-driven nature of Pusha T’s Play Cloths imprint, with the iconic running silhouette and history of the Saucony Shadow 5000 model.

Slated to release tomorrow, Tuesday 6/11, Play Cloths readies its latest footwear collaboration alongside Saucony. Tapping the iconic Shadow 5000 model, the CLIPSE-backed label has worked up a trio of pastel colorways that is being touted as the “Cotton Candy Pack.” Each of the shoes rests atop a traditional gum outsole and pure white midsole while hits of matching brown are strewn throughout on the lace locks and rear heel guard. Tonal buttery suede characterizes the pairs while matching laces and a light tan colorway is lined throughout the interior and footbed.
