Coming Soon: adidas Originals Yeezy Boost 350 “Moonrock”

With Yeezy season well underway, comes the third release of the highly sought after Yeezy Boost 350. With the official color code listed as “Agate Gray/Moonrock/Agate Gray”, the latest rendition of the Yeezy Boost 350 seems to be more in line with the tones native to Yeezy Season 1 and 2. Materials for this release are the same as past 350 releases, with the knitted upper and suede detail on the inside of the sneaker. This new Moonrock colorway is an interesting color with its blend of a dull gray and beige. The heel tab from past 350’s is visible, but this time trading the red stripe for an agate gray stripe keeping this sneaker mostly one color tone. Something to take note of is this is not the first Moonrock colored sneaker Yeezy has come out with, as the recently released Yeezy Boost 950 consisted of a Moonrock colorway, but this one will be more suitable for daily use. Yeezy season is approaching once again, and with that comes the release of another new Kanye West designed sneaker. After multiple successful shoe releases with Nike, it’s safe to say that Yeezy hasn’t let up in his time with Adidas. Following up on the success of the Yeezy Boost 750, and the grey Yeezy Boost 350, comes this “Pirate Black” version of latter. The sneaker returns with its signature 350 print design, suede on the side panel, and super cozy boost sole. Contrasting detail lacing is a returning feat of the new “Pirate Black” rendition of the sneaker, and the heel tab sees a contrasting red line detail this time around. Something worthy of noting is that the sneaker will come in half sizes this time around. Be on the lookout as a raffle to purchase the sneakers will be up this Thursday, August 20th.

For Spring/Summer 2015, once again adidas Originals unites with British pop sensation Rita Ora. The new collection finds its inspiration in pop art. Featuring the S-M-L and Superstar silhouette, the S-M-L shows off an elegant swirling photo print on the stretchy mesh upper, while the Superstar sees a splashed with an allover graphic print inspired by comic book art, they come in canvas with black 3-Stripes and a Rita Ora signature label on the tongue.

Coming Soon: adidas Originals by Pharrell Williams Superstar Supercolor Pack

As we transition from the “Solid” Stan Smith collaboration, adidas Originals presents its latest collaboration with Pharrell Williams in a Superstar rendition. In total, the classic silhouette is redone in 50 different colorways, spanning the majority of the color spectrum. Describing the pack, Pharrell offers, “Supercolor is a celebration of equality through diversity. With 50 colors of the Superstar, everybody will be able to select his or her color. It is more diverse than any pack ever before and therefore it is more individual than any pack ever before.” Be on the lookout for the Superstar Supercolor Pack releasing at midnight Thursday night.

The adidas Originals Equipment Running Support ‘Gucci’ is the newest rendition of the running shoe which has been launched in a light and dark green, black, beige and black mixed colorway. Keeping the same design as the original version first released in the 90s, the sneaker features 3M detailing and an air mesh upper with synthetic suede overlays. Completed with an injected EVA mid-sole and a grippy out-sole, this model marks the return of the coveted sneaker style.

Paris-based retailer, Club 75 has teamed up once again with adidas Originals for their latest collaboration. Having recently worked together on the Stan Smith, both brands has put their vision on the classic EQT Running Cushion ’91 silhouette. Featuring a black and white colorway, a black-based premium leather, suede and mesh upper. Club 75 branding on the tongue tag and embroidered on the back heel are finished off by a paint splatter midsole. adidas Originals continues to shed light on the ZX series. Alongside the releases of the O.G. ZX 420 and ZX 8000, the ZX 550 becomes the next sneaker in the archive. Originally dropped in 1986, the vintage silhouette returns for the fall/winter seasons. Featuring a white mesh base, black suede overlays, and leather detailing on its side panels and heel counter. Upon the success of the “Detroit Player” Pro Models, Big Sean has been greatly reconized by his break thorugh efforts into the world of fashion and footwear. Approching the D-Towns third launch, the Big Sean x adidas Originals Metro Attitude is influenced by his recent recordings in Hawaii. Feautring a floral theme, accented with a snakeskin pattern around the collar, a lion patch is also seen on the backside of the tongue. This tropical twist compliments the “Superstar” Track Jacket shown in the inside panel and the floral Trefoil t-shirt. Paris’ Club 75 is the latest establishment to put their own personal twist on the adidas Stan Smith. With a simplistic style that is all about the details, premium white leather is seen throughout the shoe with gold “CLUB 75” text on the lateral sides. Swapping out the original green for black, the Club 75 x adidas Stan Smith maintains the same color-blocking as the OG with a monochrome makeup. We’re excited to announce our latest project, a collaboration with none other than adidas Originals and its new showcase model, the SL Loop Runner. Dubbed “Independent Currency”, we infused elements of the elusive and rare $2 Bill, paying homage to America’s Independence Day. The toe cap, eyelets, and pull tab elements of the SL Loop Runner add great contrast with hits of dark green and mint suede. One of the first releases of its kind, the SL Loop “Independent Currency” will be available exclusively at Wish on July 4th, and other top-tier adidas Originals accounts on July 11th.

adidas Originals presents a couple of nice new releases for Spring tied together with faux fish accents. The first of the pair is a hybrid compilation of everything ’90s basketball, the adidas Streetball. Now coming in a fresh colorway with a Chalk/Black combination, this shoe is twisted into a premium silhouette consisting of multi-layered paneling, complex color blocking, mixed leather, nubuck, and faux fish skin together in a range of colors and texture. Next up is the Torsion C.U. seen here in black, the rugged silhouette pairs a slip-on sock-like upper of mesh and neoprene with black nubuck, leather overlays for added durability, and a faux fish hit on the heel. A solid white rubber outsole provides traction while adidas’s patented Torsion technology offers support and stability.

The baseball-inspired pieces stick predominantly to a classic color combination of red, white, and blue and includes striped button-down shirts, baseball jerseys, a varsity jacket, and classic sweatshirts and sweatpants.
