Air Max Day 2020
On March 26, 1987, Nike debuted the Air Max 1, its first sneaker showcasing the Swoosh’s now iconic Air technology through a side-visibility window. Thirty-three years later, and with the ever improving innovations of Nike Air, the company still celebrates the revolutionary cushioning platform on the release date of its first shoe.
This Air Max Day, Nike pays homage to the countless Air Max variations over the years that paved the way for the future of Air. This year boasts a collection of releases, from flips of some old favorites to introducing a new member to the Air Max lineage.

Trick or treat with Nike’s upcoming launch of the Halloween collection in the iconic Air Max 90 and Air Max 95 outfitted for the 31st. Inspired by the human anatomy, the Air Max 95 makes a wicked comeback just in time for the festivities. The design couples textured suede with a crackled leather and textile upper, featuring ‘gooey’ green accents over the eyelets, heel badge, and outsole. The zombie-like inspiration is completed with a bloodshot eyeball on the tongue. On a less spooky note, the Air Max 90 features earth-like tones that grace the upper, which employs textured suede throughout the toebox and collar. An ice outsole, with concealed orange coloring, ties the theme together from the bottom-up. Be on the look out for this spooky release coming soon at Wish.
