Hailing from Trenton, New Jersey, Anwar “Carrots” Washington in 2007 founded Peas & Carrots International, an emerging streetwear brand and creative collective. Known for his dynamic approach to aesthetic both in personal style and creative output Anwar has become an entrepreneurial leader of the next generation of Los Angeles creatives and fashion icons of street culture and music. Always evolving, Anwar started an Eponymous menswear label, “Carrots by Anwar”. Pieces from the labels Spring/Summer 2016 Collection can now be picked up in-store and online.

NID de Guepes, a Parisian clothing label founded in 2013, is a creative studio who designs and creates contemporary handmade menswear. The label focuses on simplicity and minimalism style mixed with high end sensibilities, using fine fabrics and creating the perfect fit. NDG celebrates youth and elegance through simple and functional clothing. All products are handmade in France with the best fabrics sourced from France, Italy, Japan, and more. Stussy Women Summer 2016 Collection

Stussy returns with a strong women’s collection for the warmer months, complete with tones and prints appropriate to the season. For this go-around, much of the collection is painted pastel pink, with Stussy’s classic logo visible throughout. Daniel Patrick, the man behind the nomadic vision, was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. He moved to the US in 2011, founded Daniel Patrick Inc. and launched the Knomadik by Daniel Patrick line in early 2012 with his wife, Jenny. Based in Los Angeles, CA, Daniel achieved a childhood dream of his of becoming an american citizen in 2015. Designed and housed in their DTLA headquarters, with attention to detail, each piece in the collection is individually handmade from start to finish using materials sourced in Los Angeles, California. Just Don returns with a fresh delivery of hats for your Spring wardrobe, complete with all the snake skin you’ve come to love from the label. For this go-around, Don C gives us player specific hats, representing some key legends from NBA history. Recent hall of fame inductee Allen Iverson, as well as dunk specialists Dominique Wilkins and Dr. J all receive the Don treatment for this set of caps. Just in from California streetwear giant Stussy are a couple new logo tees that will feel right at home during the Spring and Summer months. Coming in light blue and peach, the tees are both long and short sleeve, and feature Stussy’s signature script on each piece. Introducing Les Deux Spring/Summer 2016 Collection

The first ideas for the fashion brand, Les Deux were created in 2009 in Copenhagen. The identity in the name “Les Deux” is from the philosophy of two guys who were raised in two different cultures with completely different backgrounds. Two guys created a niche in the market where they combined the preppy with the street, and let it become simple, but yet unique. The brand has grown from one simple tee shirt, which was the only item the two guys could afford in the beginning, now to more than 100 items in different colours. For their Spring/Summer 2016 collection, the Danish label sticks to their minimal aesthetic with a range of clean tees, sweaters, and hats. Materials consist of wool and premium cotton and the quality shines through on each product. The full range is now available online and in-store at our Moreland Ave. location.

Utilizing nothing but black, white, and grey hues, the pieces consist of everything from cut and sew pieces, to dresses and simple tees. Daily Paper 2016 Spring/Summer Collection

Identity remains an important factor at Daily Paper that always finds a way to incorporate the founder’s Dutch and African heritage in its collections. For the artworks used on the patches and prints of this collection Daily Paper looked into the nomadic lifestyle of the Maasai tribe for inspiration. For this sportswear inspired collection the brand utilized a variety of technical fabrics such as water repellent nylon, lightweight polyester and technical cottonmixes to provide a mix of formal and casual looks. A variety of bomber jackets are matched with knitted bottoms, while a selection of reflective jackets complete the looks of this season.
