After making its Griifey line debut with last week release of the Air Griffey Max 1 “Safari”, Nike safari print returns with another flavorful release of the Air Griffey Max 1 “Purple Venom.” A tonal black version of safari adorns an overlay that wraps a purple nubuck base. The look is finished off with a Polarized blue-tinted translucent outsole. Be on the lookout for this release coming soon at Wish.
Adding to the Nike shelves for the 2014 spring/summer is the Air Trainer Max ’94 “safari” and Air Tech Challenge II “Turbo Green.” The upcoming release features a white and grey leather base with hits of turbo green and neon peppered in as accents for the Air Tech Challenge II, while livelier colorway is seen throughout the Air Trainer Max ’94 with the use of neon green, purple and crimson, along with the safari print panels toe box and ankle. If you missed out on the Air Tech Challenge II “Clay Blue”, these might be a good option for you.

After originally releasing in a solid color blocking back in 1997, the Nike Air Foamposite One has seen a lot of different prints in recent seasons. In the same vein as the Foamposite “Weatherman” and “Thermal Map” iterations comes the Nike Air Foamposite One “Safari.” Completely covered in the classic black and white safari print, black eyelet panels and orange detailing contrasts the greyscale pattern. An icy translucent outsole balances out the design, keeping the focus on the upper. Be on the lookout for word on this upcoming release.
