STAMPD Summer 2015 Headwear Collection

For STAMPD’s Summer 2015 collection, the Los Angeles based label sticks to the script by offering up a set of quilted black and grey hats, coupled with some printed hats as well. Both the black and grey come in a monotone nylon quilt, while the printed ones come in stone print and a dry brush print. The quilted caps both nix the STAMPD branding, but branding is seen on the printed caps. The full line is now available both online and in-store.

Hall of Fame 2013 Fall/Winter “Bolts” Camo Snapback

Taking pointers from – or perhaps paying homage to – A Bathing Ape’s iconic BAPESTA bolt insignia, the latest “Bolts” snapback from Hall of Fame has arrived for Fall/Winter 2013. Mocked up in a mostly traditional Woodland M81 camouflage motif, the hat features a white outlined, yellow star and an adjustable snapback enclosure at the back. Hall of Fame embroidery tags and tonal eyeholes round things out.

Stampd 2013 Spring/Summer Silver Studded Snapback Hat

When Chris Stamp created his semi-namesake brand, Stamp’d in 2009, the brand’s name featured a subtle apostrophe housed within the letters. Since that time, not only has the brand dropped the apostrophe altogether (changed to simply “Stampd”), but they’ve also shed a lot of the unecessary design trappings in favor of a unique and well executed minimalist aesthetic. Stepping into 2013, one of the most widely recognized items from Stampd comes in the form of the Silver Studded Snapback Hat. The hat is boldly presented with 112-hand screwed pyramid studs on the front section of a 5-panel snapback. The verbiage “NEW ANGELES” is seen as a raised silkscreen on the underbrim and the brand’s iconic “Dope” logo is embroidered along the backside adjacent to the plastic snapback enclosure. Having been sported by the likes of Kanye West and K-Pop stars, G-Dragon and Tae Yang, the Silver Studded Snapback has become a trademark of high fashion-meets-street culture.
