In partnership with the High Museum, Wish ATL is excited to announce that “The Rise of Sneaker Culture” exhibit is coming to Atlanta! The exhibition explores the evolution of the sneaker from its origins in the mid-nineteenth century to its role in the present day as an urban status symbol and marker of masculine identity. There will be 155 different sneakers on display from the archives of adidas, Nike, and Converse, to design houses such as Prada and Louboutin. Come by the store and snap a pic standing on our Sneaker Exhibit mat and share on social media with the hashtag #SneakerHigh2016 for a chance to be included in an interactive slide show.
