The Noci is based on a concept for a rugged space hiker, imagining what would be needed for space exploration on foot. Upper is constructed of breathable air meshes, combined with soft leathers. Upper support and foot protection is given through moulded TPU welds in the heel and toe area. Allowing for multiple closure options, the boot can be regularly laced or worn loose fitted with a minimal lacing and zip fastening. The outsole is a futuristic take on adidas feet you can wear technology from the early 1990’s. The Y-3 Noci 0003 releases Sunday, June 26th.

Just in for the season is a new set of staple pieces from designer Yohji Yamamoto’s Y-3 from adidas. The collection features the colors (or lack there of) the label has been known for with its black and white aesthetic. With pieces ranging from a greatly oversized graphic tee to a more simple clean black hooded jacket, the collection displays the quality native to the high fashion label. Just in before summers end are two new renditions of popular Y-3 styles. First up is a blue colorway of the Retro Boost. This blue version of the Retro Boost features suede on the side panel, a pebbled sole, and a striped toe box. The sneaker also features the neoprene upper native to the Retro Boost. Also in are these desert boot inspired “desert boosts”, as Adidas calls them. Essentially a desert boot silhouette with a boost sole, this shoe features a suede upper with the same pebbled sole as the Retro Boost. The toe of this one comes in military green, while the backside comes in a black suede, making these a perfect shoe as temperatures begin to drop in the coming months.
