Gary Payton’s Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove has been on a comeback run as of late and will be introduced in an all-new look borrowed from Andre Agassi’s classic tennis footwear. The shoe’s green abyss shroud is completed in colorful Tech Challenge-inspired graphics in red, orange and yellow. Unzipping the shoe reveals a magenta inner with black monkey paw tech and orange accents. Be on the lookout for this release coming soon to Wish.

Coming Soon: Sole Collector x Nike Air Zoom Flight “The Glove SC”

For the Holiday season, Sole Collector‘s latest collaboration with Nike has given Gary Payton’s signature Air Zoom Flight “The Glove” a fresh new look. Designed with the original Seattle Supersonics colors in mind, this colorway features a green “Sonic Wave” graphic covering the zippered shroud. Unzipping the shroud reveals the tour yellow upper and the shoe’s signature rib-like Monkey Paw tech. Rounding out the design are several hits like the “20″ and “GP” branding, as the Sole Collector badge is displayed on the tongue. Be on the lookout for these hitting shelves at Wish soon.

Nike reaches through its pantheon of professional sports star designers to bring us a new release. Worn by Gary Payton, the Nike Air Zoom Flight 98 aka “The Glove” was the first signature shoe worn by Payton. Named after Payton’s nickname The Glove, given for his tight defense on Michael Jordan, they were the first Nike basketball shoe to zip up, making it a favorite among basketball fans. This shoe features Zoom Air cushioning and an inner bootie, also showing red plastic rib-like hits on the heel of the shoe when zipped down. Look for these retro gems releasing soon at Wish.
