This time using the brand’s signature black and red-“Bred” color combo, this model’s black woven upper with 3M accents provides a base for its red suede eyestay, tongue and liner to stand out. The Air Jordan Premium “Bred” will be available Saturday, in-store and by phone order after 3 PM.
For Summer 2014, Jordan Brand readies a classic “Air Jordan 1 High” silhouette in the form of a “Low.” Mocked up in a “Black/Red” colorway, hits of elephant print give a nod to the Air Jordan 3, and a full grain outsole completes the look. As we reach the 2013 holiday season, the most iconic colorway in footwear has undoubtedly become the “Bred” color combination from Brand Jordan, who has decided to gift us a new model in the line in the form of an Air Jordan 1 Retro. Dressed in the iconic black and red colorway that David Stern and the NBA banned in the 1980s, this upcoming Air Jordan 1 sticks to the original, with Nike Air branding on the tongue displaying the typical Jumpman logo we’ve grown accustomed to in recent years. Sitting atop a contrasting white midsole, be on the lookout for these hitting the shelves at Wish soon.
Admittedly not bringing the same amount of hype or covet as the last “Bred” release of the Air Jordan 11 Retro, Jordan is set to release a nice rendition of the classic colorway applied to the Jordan 6 Rings model. The Jordan 6 Rings “Bred” sports the popular Black and Red make up, featuring a mesh and patent leather construction. White is seen on the midsole while Red is seen on the branding, outsole, and sock liner. Sure to be a popular release, these sneakers will be available soon at Wish.
Not to be outdone by any popular Jordan Brand colorways, Fila is putting its own spin on the “Bred” phenomenon, outfitting its frontrunner Fila 96 model in the classic colorway. This release sees an all black upper with leather side paneling atop nice suede material. The red comes in with the Fila branding, giving the shoe a nice pop. What seems to be responsible for the success of the Air Jordan Retro models even more than the specific model, is the colorway displayed on each pair, and the classic “Bred” colorway is perhaps the most popular. The next iteration of this colorway comes in the form of a new Air Jordan 1 Retro ’95 TXT. Borrowing elements from the Air Jordan Retro 11 “Bred”, this model features a heavy mesh black upper, patent leather toe, and and a white midsole with red outsole to complete the look.
