The Nike Air Max Uptempo was one of the most popular basketball shoes seen on-foot during the 1995-96 NBA season, so why Nike is referencing the Spurs with a reference to their ‘fiesta’ home court colors is still a little murky. There wasn’t a particular player on the roster who championed this sneaker, and yet here it is donning a unique graphic lining while an added dash of blue hits the outsole.
