In following up on last year’s Blaze of Glory release, Limited Edt presents Chapter II and Chapter III from their collaborative efforts alongside PUMA. This time around they have chosen to work on the Disc Blaze, dropping the laceless sneaker in two colorways.
All in all, the sneaker trilogy draws inspiration from Singapore’s momentous journey from port town to modern metropolis, while the Chapter II Disc Blaze specifically focuses on the founding of modern Singapore by the British and its development into a strategic port of call. In turn, Limited Edt references the sea that surrounds the island by implementing a gradient blue glow-in-the-dark upper, a translucent PUMA Disc knob, icy blue cage panels, and a reflective speckled midsole.
The Chapter III Disc Blaze then represents modern Singapore as we know it today. In looking to the island nation’s concrete jungle, the shoe makes use of various shades of grey, in addition to tree bark camouflage. The latest Air Jordan 1 Retro High is housed in a leather finish that showcases both black and white colorways. Officially dubbed the Shrimp Scampi by Saucony, the Grid 8000 comes dressed in a two-toned upper done in a Creamy White and Pink Shell hue. The upper is constructed out of suede to give the shoe a nice premium look and feel. Adding another dimension to the shoe is the Pink splatter print placed on the White midsole and the speckles of Bright Green placed on the branding, eyelets and lace tips.
