Scottish based label Hancock Vulcanised Articles has been serving heritage inspired rubber bonded outwear since its birth in 2012. This past spring, he label made the transition from outwear to footwear through a collaboration with Converse. The duo hooked up two colorway of the Jack Purcell Mid, building the sneaker using Hancock VA’s rubber infused textiles.
Converse introduces a new premium set of the Jack Purcell this fall, inspired by the traditional leather motorcycle jacket. Featuring two monochromatic iterations of the classic canvas sneaker. A all-black and all-white make up the collection while, the mid-top version of the classic Jack Purcell receives premium leather across the entire upper, even on the midsole and iconic toe cap. The long-standing relationship between the COMME des GARÇONS PLAY line and footwear icon Converse sees its way to another update that has just arrived in-store and online. Utilizing the classic Jack Purcell silhouette, CDG PLAY mocked the shoes up in three various colorways with their signature Play heart in black and red. All three styles are now available in-store at our Moreland Ave. shop and in our online shop for a retail of $132

Off the strength of their First String account, Converse releases a newly revamped Jack Purcell silhouette with a Zipper front and re-done upper. The colorway shown here, black and milk, takes the brand’s iconic shoe and mixed materials between suede, cotton and some interior leathering. The shoe features not only a zipper front but also laces to help secure the front. The Jack Purcell Zipper Hi in Black/Milk is now available from Wish at our Moreland location for a retail of $100.
