More than 20 years since its original release in 1991, the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” sees its return once again, but this time in its original 1991 make up. For sneakerheads, the return of the “Nike Air” branding is a big deal, especially since its last retro was noticeably missing it. Aside from the nostalgic return of the “Nike Air”, the OG colorways are well intact, from the beautiful off-white upper, to the maroon detailing throughout. What makes this retro even more special is that it falls in line with the rest of the recent “remastered” sneakers from Jordan Brand. This one in particular has to be one of the more impressive sneakers from the remastered program, with its beautiful premium leather, to the shape the shoe takes, coming in very close to what a 1991 OG sneaker would have looked like new.
