Twin brothers Ako and Atiba Jefferson, also known as DJ duo The Blackouts, add a signature Vans OTW Larkin sneaker to their CV. Given the opportunity to work on their own OTW style, the brothers deconstructed the Larkin by removing all the padding, then updated the uppers with premium black materials, finally adding “The Blackouts” insoles and heel tags. Ako’s shoe is done in premium full grain leather with perforated quarter panels, while Atiba’s features a premium canvas upper with binding detail.
