Forever a part of sneaker history, the adidas Superstar silhouette has come a long way since it debuted way back in 1969. An elder statesman in the game, the classic model is on the brink of turning 45. To celebrate its upcoming anniversary, adidas has crafted this “Made in France” variation to pay homage to its French-crafted roots. Constructed with luxurious premium leather featured about its white upper, the Three Stripes and unbranded heel-tab sport a muted shade of black. Complete with a vintage ivory hue adorning the shell-toe, outsole and soft leather lining, the adidas Consortium Superstar “Made in France” will be available at select Consortium retailers globally Friday, December 12th.
