At the time of the Air Jordan 10’s initial release, the man behind the Jumpman retired from basketball to compete on the diamond. When you flip the shoe over – the sole gives nod to some of His Airness’ most memorable achievements on the court. In 1995, Jordan Brand took the story-telling concept a step further with the ‘City Series’ Pack. Decades later, the city inspired pack continues with the Air Jordan 10 Retro ‘Charlotte’. The white, blue and purple throughout the shoe was borrowed from Charlotte’s basketball team while the stitched ‘Cha’ is yet another shout to the city. The sole reveals a white Jumpman over on the Charlotte’s team colors that captures His Airness’ achievements from 85 to beyond.
