Project A by ZANEROBE unveils a limited edition sneaker in collaboration with Amsterdam-based footwear label Filling Pieces to commemorate its recent launch at 25 Mercer Street in New York. The low-top silhouette features a signature minimalist aesthetic, utilizing a primarily white base for the premium leather upper with grey overlays at the back. Embossed branding at the tongue and heel provides a nice subtle touch, but what really makes this sneaker special is the individually numbered insole. Numbered from 1-100, you can now cop a pair online bellow.
Autumn releases continue to heat up with another strong release from Filling Pieces. Premium maroon tanned leather makes this one a perfect shoe to pair with your Fall wardrobe. The clean silhouette also has a nubuck trim and heel, while the sole comes in white. Filling Pieces signature branding is embossed on the tongue to complete this high top look.
Signature to NBA great Charles Barkley’s style of play, the Air Max 2 CB ’94 is a silhouette that defined his game. Nike is back with another retro re-release that sneaker heads are sure to love. Coming in the original purple, black, and white colorway from 1994, a colorway hugely popular for this silhouette, this sneaker sees intense detailing and color blocking. Ewing Athletics is back with yet another retro sneaker that sneakerheads are sure to love. This time around, the signature Ewing silhouette sports a white upper, and a black midsole. Ewing branding is seen in large bold print on the heel and tongue, while the shoe is finished and wrapped with quality leather and seude. The sneaker will be available in-store only at our Moreland Ave. location at noon on Friday, June 17th.
COMING SOON: German hoops brand K1X has partnered with designer Patrick Mohr for the sixth installment of their ongoing collaboration. For this go-around, the army inspired sneaker features velcro details on the tongue and heel, over leather laces. The shoe is wrapped in premium army green leather and features Patrick Mohr’s signature embossed triangles. A typical army dog tag and triangular lace locks complete the look. The army inspired sneaker hits Wish shelves at our Moreland Ave. location this Saturday, July 18th.
Powerhouses Comme Des Garcons and Converse reunite for the next round of collaborations, but this time boasting a larger version of CDG’s signature heart logo. For this release the shoes come in Converse 1970’s Chuck Taylor model, which contains greater cushioning in the midsole. The shoe is available in both low and high tops, with the option of either black or off-white colorways, and is available now. Purchase link below.
The latest iteration of the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low delves into the Jordan Brand’s playoff edition archive with a memorable silhouette that the man himself wore during the 1998 playoff finals. Featuring black leather, a smoother black base layer, and red cushioning, all topped with a gold Jumpman insignia, the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low “Bred” has a contemporary and luxurious look and feel that hints at its previous glories. Introducing Amsterdams own Filling Pieces, this limited release is inspired by the painting ‘No.5 1948’ of the American abstract expressionist Jackson Pollock, one of world’s most expensive paintings. Originally the painting was created on fibreboard with liquid synthetic resin paint splashes. Filling Pieces designer Guillaume Philibert, known for his innovation and detailing, gave his own perception to it resulting in the ‘Low Top Splash.’ Available for purchase tomorrow (4/23/15) at noon in-store and by phone order after 4 PM EST.
