The homies Rick and Ro over at Burn Rubber in Detroit just released their latest project with New Balance. Definitely one of the dopest New Balance’s out, they reworked the MT580 silhouette with some premium materials including hits of white patent leather, grey suede and 3m material. We love a good shoe release over here at Wish. So when we got word that we’d be taking stock of the Lebron 8 Pre-Heats, we knew it was going to be a big deal. We snapped a couple of pics of the launch that included the shoes (of course) and a limited edition WISHNESS tee, inspired by the Lebron James Witness Nike Campaign. MadeMe has teamed up with Vans for two styles in their Holiday 2010 line. Utilizing the Wellesley Plus and the Camryn Plus silhouettes, MadeMe revamped the shoes with a black leather upper. Mixing woven black leather patterns with on one with contrasting white stars on the other, these shoes are made of nothing but the best materials. Both styles just dropped and are now available at our Moreland location for a retail of $70 and $75 respectively. The shoes come complete with an alternate red pair of laces, a canvas tote bag and a MadeMe x Vans Pin! A super nice colab that was executed extremely well!

Off the strength of their First String account, Converse releases a newly revamped Jack Purcell silhouette with a Zipper front and re-done upper. The colorway shown here, black and milk, takes the brand’s iconic shoe and mixed materials between suede, cotton and some interior leathering. New to our brand list, but certainly not new to the industry, Pointer footwear releases a boat-style chukka boot for Fall/Winter 2010. The words are tossed around so frequently these days, but the Benson is a one-of-a-kind, genuine hand-made product. From start to finish these shoes are stitched together and looked over vigorously before making it to your closet. 100% premium navy and tan tumbled leather gives a classic look. The Dio mid is a higher silhouette boot, with a slimmed down upper to cut down on bulk. All premium goods, the eyelets give nod to nuts & bolts. Nike ACG mingles with the Lunar Lite running silhouettes this Fall/Winter 2010 for two, one-of-a-kind hybrids.
The Lunar Elite Trail Mid is the latest in a strong line of Lunar Hybrids already seen in 2010. The shoe takes the technologies from Nike’s performance running design mind, with a Lunarlon midsole, flywire in the upper and featherweight synthetics. The raised collar created a midcut for added support and protection to extend the shoe’s range in the wearer’s chosen environment. The colour selection comes inspired from ACG and references past ACG iconic colourways from shoes like the Air Terra and Lava High.
The Lunar Wood+ takes the lunar sole and puts a modified Wildwood ACG Nike on top. This trail friendly shoe is ultra-light, practical and looks good with some denim.
